EU operators speak Ukrainian: how to find out about the help?

The situation in Ukraine is rather dangerous today, and people keep on migrating to EU countries. However, migrants should not think they are left alone with their troubles. They can call the Europe Direct hotline or request a call.

Here you can find a comprehensive information on how to cross the border and arrive in any country of the European Union.

The Europe Direct Contact Center operates and provides informational support to people fleeing the war in Ukraine. From operators of the Centre, you can get information about your rights in the EU countries, obtain the list of documents required for crossing the border, as well as know about the specifics of the legal regime of temporary protection, and the specifics of staying in the territory of the EU countries.

Please note that operators usually speak English. However, in case of need you can ask for help of a specialist who speaks your language. In particular, operators can also speak Ukrainian.

Take care of yourself and your loved ones, be careful. Do not hesitate and call. The calls are toll-free.
